Cosmo PSA is MicroCosmos' particle size analysis platform for API, placebo, injectables, 96-well plates, yeast cells, crystallinity and other pharmaceutical and industrial applications. It combines precision microscopy with automated image analysis software to deliver accurate, repeatable particle size and shape data.

The system captures count, size parameters and shape parameters, classifies particles by method and size, and calculates particle size distribution as per D values — D10, D50, D90 and all D values ranging from D1 to D100.

Every report is generated as a non-editable, human-readable template, and the full system — including qualification documentation (IQ, OQ and PQ) — is built for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance from the ground up.

Manual PSA can be attached to any make or model of microscope.
